At 2Modern, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of modern design and furniture. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return most products in their original, unassembled condition within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your 2Modern account or visit our Returns Center to submit a request with your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization

Our customer care team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.

Pack and Ship

Securely package the item in its original manufacturer's packaging and affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice.

Inspection and Refund

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
